A quick, fresh dinner;

Tuna patties; mayonaise, crushed crackers 2 cans tuna, garden dill and rosemary diced, and salt.
Sliced tomatoes with cracked pepper and salt, and Corn with Honey Mint tea.

For a rainy weekend;


Sausage, Acorn squash, Spinach, and Diced tomato soup with Thyme. And garlic cheddar biscuits on the side.

Grilling out;

Salmon Kabobs sprinkled with olive oil, salt, and garnished with chopped cilantro, Corn on the cob cooked on the grill, and fresh tomatoes

Karen's Birthday dinner;

Shrimp drizzled with olive oil and garlic kabobs , Pasta with pesto, corn on the cob, and made from scratch lavendar lemonade.
